I have had amalgam filings removed and replaced, crown work corrected, and extraction. Dr. Gene, Becky, Anne, Ava, etc. are kind, professional and extremely experienced. I have been a patient at Julian Center Dental for decades, initially seeing Dr. Sambataro when I was specifically searching for a holistic dental practice. From my very first appointment, I knew I had found something different. The initial visit was extremely comprehensive, with detailed questions, x-rays, and a thorough evaluation of my dental health. Dr. Sambataro takes a holistic approach, looking at the connection between dental health, overall health, and wellness. He takes the time to answer questions and truly understand each patient’s needs. During the first several years, I primarily saw Dr. Sambataro, and as the practice grew, I also had the opportunity to see other doctors on his team. They have all been exceptional and provide the same high level of care and professionalism. Over the years, I have had several procedures performed by Dr. Sambataro, and every experience has been outstanding. I will admit, I am a bit of a “baby” when it comes to needles, but Dr. Sambataro and his team have always gone above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout every procedure. Their attention to detail and compassionate approach make even procedures I might normally dread a much better experience. What says the most about this practice is that even after moving away, I have never found another dental office that provides the same quality of care. When I lived in Augusta, Georgia, I searched for a new dentist but could not find the same level of comprehensive, holistic care, so I traveled back for my dental appointments. After moving to Ashburn, Virginia, I continued making the drive—about an hour and 15 minutes—because the quality of care is worth it. Everyone at Julian Center Dental, from the front desk staff to the dental hygienists and everyone in between, has been fabulous. They are professional, compassionate, and dedicated to creating an excellent patient experience. I highly recommend Dr. Sambataro and the entire Julian Center Dental team. Finding a practice with this level of expertise, care, and commitment is rare.
