The thing I like the most about going to Dr. Sam’s office is that it is so much more than a drill and fill dental office. Usually when I walk in, I am anxious. I know that this is conditioning after some bad experiences when I was a child. But after 15 years of going to Dr. Sam, you’d think I would be over it. After being greeted by friendly staff and getting some tea or water, I am feeling much better. The thing that really helps is Dr. Sam and his staff taking time – not only taking time to comfort me but to educate me. I know I am in good hands.

I love going to Dr. Sam’s office, Julian Center. My favorite thing about the office and the staff is that they are holistic in their approach of treatment. Instead of always putting out fires and trying to fix things that go wrong, they look for and teach preventive treatment. They teach you what you need to do to take care of yourself and your dental needs. Sure, bad things happen sometime, as we get older things change. I recently had a tooth crack and had to go in and have it taken care of. But by and large, my dental health is excellent because I have followed Dr. Sam’s advice.

Everyone at this Center is so kind and so caring. I feel I'm always in great hands with true professionals that are unlike any other dentistry practice that I have been to before. They evaluate the whole body not just your teeth and how everything interacts with each other. The alternative approach to me means, they use products that are safe for our whole body health. As a bonus, I love the fact that I can even get vitamins and guidance with my nutrition at the same facility! Its amazes me how many treatment options are under one roof to protect and improve our whole body. Best of all, I was very touched and impressed that after my procedures the doctor actually contacted me more than once to see how I was feeling, that's special. I had a great experience at Julian Center! I know that sounds a bit strange, especially since going to the dentist has always been a nightmare. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The staff was great and I really loved my time with Cindy, the hygienist. She was warm and attentive and clearly explained everything she was doing. And Dr. Sambataro was so knowledgeable and supportive as he explained my options for treatment. We even discussed the quality of my sleep! I felt truly cared for and would recommend this office.
